Tips:

  • Use fresh graham crackers. Fresh graham crackers will have a better flavor and texture than stale ones.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the bars tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the bars until they are set. The bars should be set but still slightly gooey in the center. Overbaking will make the bars dry and crumbly.
  • Let the bars cool completely before cutting them. This will help to prevent them from falling apart.
  • Store the bars in an airtight container at room temperature. The bars will keep for up to 3 days.

Conclusion:

S'more bars are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are also a great way to use up leftover graham crackers and chocolate. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a batch of s'more bars that will be enjoyed by everyone.
