¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon ground paprika

Tips:

  • Choose the right potatoes: Yukon Gold or red potatoes are best for potato salad because they hold their shape well and don't get mushy.
  • Cook the potatoes properly: Don't overcook the potatoes, or they will become mushy. Cook them until they are just tender when pierced with a fork.
  • Let the potatoes cool completely: Before adding the dressing, let the potatoes cool completely. This will help the dressing adhere to the potatoes and prevent them from becoming watery.
  • Use a flavorful dressing: The dressing is what makes potato salad so delicious. Use a dressing that is flavorful and tangy, such as a mayonnaise-based dressing or a vinaigrette.
  • Add your favorite mix-ins: Feel free to add your favorite mix-ins to the potato salad, such as diced celery, chopped onion, hard-boiled eggs, or bacon.

Conclusion:

Smokin' potato salad is a delicious and easy-to-make side dish that is perfect for any occasion. With its smoky flavor and creamy texture, this potato salad is sure to be a hit.
