- Mix together all of the marinade ingredients, and toss in the chicken and mushrooms. Marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge. While marinating, soak the kabob skewers in hot water.
- Remove from the fridge, and start assembling your kabobs. Preheat your Traeger to 450.
- Grill the kabobs for 6 minutes, flip, and grill another 6 minutes. Remove from grill and set aside.
