Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 425-F. Put the wings in a large bowl & drizzle the liquid smoke seasoning on them and mix well.
- 2. In a separate bowl, mix all of the dry spices together. Pour them over the wings and mix well.
- 3. Place the wings onto wire racks with cookie sheets underneath to catch any drippings. (I line my cookie sheets with foil for easy clean up). After 30 minutes, turn the wings over and bake for about 10-15 minutes more or until they are slightly crispy and golden brown. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing. Enjoy.
SMOKY CAJUN WINGS W CAJUN SWEET BBQ SAUCE
These are now my all time favorite. Sweet smoky with a Cajun flare. You are going to need tons of napkins or even better wet wipes. These are delicious. You may want to double or triple the recipe because these don't last long. You could also make these with chicken legs or thighs.

Tips:
- To ensure the wings are evenly coated in the marinade, pat them dry with paper towels before tossing them in the mixture.
- Don't overcrowd the wings in the fryer or oven; this will prevent them from cooking evenly.
- Keep an eye on the wings while they're cooking and adjust the cooking time as needed; overcooked wings will be dry and tough.
- For extra crispy wings, double-fry them; fry them once at a lower temperature (300°F) for about 10 minutes, then increase the temperature to 375°F and fry for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- If you don't have a fryer, you can bake the wings in a preheated oven at 400°F for about 25 minutes, or until they're cooked through and crispy.
- Serve the wings with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, or barbecue sauce.
Conclusion:
The tips above will help you make the best smoky Cajun wings possible. These wings are the perfect party food or game day snack and are sure to be a hit with everyone who tries them. So fire up your fryer or oven and get cooking!
