Tips:

  • Use fresh graham crackers: Stale graham crackers will make your clusters less flavorful and more difficult to work with.
  • Don't overcook the marshmallows: Overcooked marshmallows will be tough and chewy. Cook them just until they are melted and gooey.
  • Be careful when stirring the melted chocolate: If you stir too vigorously, you could cause the chocolate to seize up. Stir gently until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
  • Work quickly when assembling the clusters: The melted chocolate will start to set quickly, so you need to work quickly to get all of the clusters assembled.
  • Chill the clusters before serving: This will help them to firm up and make them easier to eat.

Conclusion:

Smores clusters are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that are perfect for any occasion. They're also a great way to use up leftover graham crackers and marshmallows. With just a few simple ingredients, you can make a batch of smores clusters that will be enjoyed by people of all ages.
