1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons salt-free garlic herb seasoning blend
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
1 cup chicken broth
1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup cider or white vinegar
1 green onion, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls.
