Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh spinach, ham, and cheese will give your quiche the best flavor. If you're using frozen spinach, be sure to thaw it and squeeze out all the excess water before using it.
  • Don't overcook the eggs: The eggs should be cooked until they are just set, but not rubbery. Overcooked eggs will make your quiche tough.
  • Use a slow cooker liner: This will make cleanup a breeze. Just lift the liner out of the slow cooker and discard it.
  • Serve the quiche warm: Crustless quiche is best served warm, but it can also be served at room temperature.

Conclusion:

Slow cooker ham, cheese, and spinach crustless quiche is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's also a great way to use up leftover ham. With a few simple ingredients and a slow cooker, you can have a delicious quiche that the whole family will love.
