1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
2 medium potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dry bread crumbs
3/4 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

Steps:

  • In a nonstick skillet, brown sausages over medium heat. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Add vegetables and seasonings. Cover and cook on low for 5-1/2 to 6-1/2 hours or until a thermometer reads 165°. , Remove sausages and cut into 1-in. pieces; return to slow cooker. Stir in bread crumbs. 1 large brown onion, chopped
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (I use bottled)
2 medium carrots, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped & undrained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon crushed dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon crushed dried thyme
3 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
1/2 cup orzo pasta
parmesan cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • 1. Brown Susage, Onion, & Garlic, drain.

1 ½ pounds sweet Italian sausage
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 small onions, chopped
2 (16 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes
1 ¼ cups dry red wine
5 cups beef broth
½ teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
2 zucchini, sliced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 (16 ounce) package spinach fettuccine pasta
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a large pot, cook sausage over medium heat until brown. Remove with a slotted spoon, and drain on paper towels. Drain fat from pan, reserving 3 tablespoons.
