1 lb. chicken breast (chopped)
2 potatoes (chopped)
4 oz. of chives (chopped)
1 small onion (diced)
3 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 16 oz. tub PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
8 oz. baby carrots (chopped)

Steps:

  • ADD the chopped potatoes to the bottom of your slow cooker. Add chopped carrot, chopped chicken, diced onions and chopped onion. Add the 3 cans of cream of chicken soup on top.
  • COOK on low setting for 5 hours.
  • REMOVE lid, stir then add your PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese. Let cook another hour on low then stir again.

1-3/4 pounds potatoes (about 4 medium), peeled and cubed
2 medium carrots, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 pounds uncooked bratwurst links
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups half-and-half cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons cold water

Steps:

  • Place first 5 ingredients in a 5-qt. slow cooker; toss to combine. Top with bratwurst. Mix broth and seasonings; pour over top., Cook, covered, on low 6-7 hours, until sausage is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Remove sausages from slow cooker; cut into 1-in. slices. Return sausages to potato mixture; stir in cream., Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into stew. Cook, covered, on high until thickened, about 30 minutes.

2 Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 1/2 cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)
1 cup snap pea pods
1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
1/4 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour

Steps:

  • Place carrots, potatoes, onion and celery in 3 1/2- to 5-quart slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle half of the thyme, the salt and pepper over vegetables in slow cooker. Place chicken on vegetables. Pour broth over top.
