1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil, for frying
Four 6-ounce portions skinless and boneless salmon fillets
1/4 cup white wine
1/2 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
