- In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 14 ingredients; add chicken. - In a 6- to 8-quart slow cooker, combine the chicken, oil, 1 teaspoon red-pepper flakes, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, the onion powder, sweet paprika and smoked paprikas.
