3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Liberal pinch of red pepper flakes (or more to taste)

Steps:

1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce
