1/2 cup Sour Cream
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Dry Mustard

  • Serve with crackers, toasted bread, celery sticks, or parmesan crisps. And of course keep the Old Bay Seasoning handy for extra shakes!

Tips:

  • Use fresh crab meat for the best flavor. If you can't find fresh crab meat, frozen crab meat will also work, but it won't be as flavorful.
  • Don't overcook the crab meat. Crab meat is very delicate and can easily become tough if it's overcooked. Cook it just until it's heated through, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Use a good quality cream cheese. The cream cheese is one of the main ingredients in this dip, so it's important to use a good quality brand. Look for a cream cheese that is smooth and creamy, with no lumps.
  • Use a variety of cheeses. This recipe uses a combination of cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese. You can also use other types of cheeses, such as mozzarella cheese or Gruyère cheese.
  • Add some spice. If you like spicy food, you can add some cayenne pepper or Old Bay seasoning to this dip. You can also add some chopped jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
  • Serve with your favorite dippers. This dip can be served with a variety of dippers, such as crackers, chips, or vegetables.

Conclusion:

This skinny Maryland crab dip appetizer is a delicious and easy-to-make party food. It's perfect for any occasion, from game day to a holiday party. The dip is made with a combination of fresh crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese. It's also seasoned with Old Bay seasoning and cayenne pepper.
