Tips:

  • Use fresh spinach. Fresh spinach has a milder flavor and is more tender than frozen spinach. If you're using frozen spinach, be sure to thaw and squeeze out all of the excess water before using it.
  • Don't overcook the spinach. Overcooked spinach will be tough and stringy. Cook it just until it is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Use a good quality cheese. The type of cheese you use will make a big difference in the flavor of your quiche. Use a cheese that melts well, such as cheddar, Gruyère, or Swiss.
  • Don't overfill the quiche pan. The quiche will rise as it bakes, so don't fill the pan more than 3/4 full.
  • Bake the quiche until it is set. The quiche is done when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Conclusion:

This skinny crustless spinach quiche is a delicious and healthy way to start your day. It's also a great option for a light lunch or dinner. With its simple ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions, this quiche is sure to become a favorite in your household.
