Fantastic made on the outdoor grill! This recipe can easily be doubled, best if marinated overnight for 24 hours, you could use canned pineapple chunks but fresh is better, I have even used cherry tomatoes for this also, and even made these on a indoor grill too... You will love these!

Tips:

  • Choose the right cut of beef: For this recipe, flank steak or skirt steak are good options. They are both relatively thin and cook quickly, making them ideal for skewers.
  • Slice the beef against the grain: This will help to make the beef more tender.
  • Marinate the beef: The marinade in this recipe helps to tenderize the beef and infuse it with flavor. Be sure to marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Use wooden skewers: Wooden skewers are best for this recipe because they will not burn or melt on the grill.
  • Cook the beef over medium-high heat: This will help to sear the beef and prevent it from drying out.
  • Do not overcook the beef: Beef should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, or 160 degrees Fahrenheit for medium.
  • Serve the beef with your favorite dipping sauce: Some good options include teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce, or sweet and sour sauce.

Conclusion:

Skewered ginger beef is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a summer cookout. The beef is tender and flavorful, and the ginger marinade gives it a unique and refreshing taste. Serve the beef with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!
