1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup black chia seeds
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
3 cups 2-percent yogurt
3 cups assorted fresh berries, grapes, cut-up bananas or apples

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Stir together the oats, almonds, chia seeds, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, walnuts, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon in a large bowl. One 17 1/2-ounce container plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar
Assorted berries (or other fruit of your choice)

Steps:

  • First, pour the yogurt into a bowl. Then add the cream and vanilla. With a whisk, carefully stir until combined. It should be nice and thick.
