Tips:
- Choose the right cut of meat: Look for sirloin tips that are well-marbled with fat, as this will help keep them moist during cooking.
- Trim excess fat: Trim away any large pieces of fat from the sirloin tips, as this will help prevent the meat from becoming greasy.
- Marinate the meat: Marinating the sirloin tips in a flavorful marinade will help tenderize the meat and infuse it with flavor.
- Cook the meat over high heat: Sirloin tips should be cooked over high heat to quickly sear the outside and prevent the meat from becoming dry.
- Don't overcook the meat: Sirloin tips are a thin cut of meat, so it's important not to overcook them. Overcooked sirloin tips will become tough and chewy.
- Serve the meat immediately: Once the sirloin tips are cooked, serve them immediately. This will help prevent the meat from drying out.
