1 lb ground pork
3/4 c each of finely chopped sweet onions and green peppers
1 5 5/8 ounce box of beef pasta hamburger helper( i used betty crocker )
3 1/4 c hot water

Steps:

  • 1. In a large skillet over medium heat add pork,onion and green peppers.
  • 2. Cook until pork is slightly browned and the onions and peppers are slightly tender,drain and return to pan.
  • 3. Add water and contents of the hamburger helper box, stirring to combine,then bring to a boil, cover with lid and then turn the heat down to a medium/low simmer.
  • 4. Cook for 20 minutes or until noodles are done.
