Tips:

  • For the best results, use a high-quality steak that is at least 1 inch thick. Look for a steak with good marbling, as this will help to keep the steak moist and flavorful.
  • Season the steak generously with salt and pepper before cooking. This will help to enhance the flavor of the steak.
  • Cook the steak over medium-high heat until it reaches your desired doneness. For a medium-rare steak, cook for 4-5 minutes per side. For a medium steak, cook for 5-6 minutes per side. For a well-done steak, cook for 7-8 minutes per side.
  • Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the juices to redistribute throughout the steak, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.
  • Serve the steak with your favorite sides, such as rice, vegetables, or mashed potatoes.

Conclusion:

This recipe for Simply Elegant Steak and Rice is a great way to enjoy a delicious and satisfying meal. The steak is cooked to perfection and the rice is fluffy and flavorful. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
