1 bunch green onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Steps:
