2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup meatless spaghetti sauce, warmed

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cup finely diced onion
2 egg whites, lightly beaten
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

4 kaiser rolls
4 slices mozzarella cheese
