- Cover and microwave frozen green beans and 1/4 cup water in a quart microwave safe container for 11 minutes on high, stirring half way through.
- In another bowl combine mustard, vinegar, garlic, oregano, and pepper.
- When beans are done, drain liquid and then pour mustard mixture over beans, tossing to coat.

Steps:
- 1. Trim ends off the beans, French them with the top of a potato peeler ( special gadget ) Or use French Style frozen green beans.
- 2. In skillet, heat butter and olive oil, add onion and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add string beans and sauté stirring until JUST cooked but not soft. Season with salt and pepper
- 3. Transfer to serving bowl and serve with lemon wedges. So easy, so good.
