  • Add a spoonful of slaw to each taco, top with 4 shrimp, sliced avocado, and drizzle a spoonful of sauce on top. Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Tips:

  • Use fresh, high-quality shrimp: This will ensure that your tacos are as delicious as possible.
  • Don't overcook the shrimp: Overcooked shrimp will be tough and chewy. Cook them just until they are opaque and pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Make sure your tortillas are warm before serving: This will help them to be soft and pliable.
  • Use a variety of toppings: This will add flavor and texture to your tacos. Some good options include shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, and crumbled cotija cheese.
  • Serve with your favorite salsa and guacamole: This will help to complete the dish.
