Steps:
- Cook pasta in salted water according to directions listed on package (keep in mind it will only take about 4 minutes so I recommend adding the pasta to water when you begin cooking the shrimp), reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet, heat olive and butter over medium-high heat. Add shrimp (you can remove tails first if desired), season with salt and pepper and saute 2 minutes, then add garlic and saute until shrimp has cooked through, about 2 minutes longer.
- Toss drained pasta in with shrimp along with 1/3 cup reserved pasta water, lemon zest and lemon juice. Add more water 1 Tbsp at a time as needed. Toss in 2 Tbsp of each parsley and basil, then sprinkle top with parmesan cheese and remaining 1 Tbsp of each parsley and basil. Serve warm.

- Add broth and crushed red pepper. Increase heat to high.

Tips:
- Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and utensils ready. This will help you stay organized and ensure that you don't forget anything.
- Choose Fresh Ingredients: Using fresh, high-quality ingredients will make a big difference in the taste of your dish. Look for firm, bright shrimp, crisp broccoli, and flavorful angel hair pasta.
- Cook the Shrimp Properly: Overcooked shrimp is tough and chewy, so be careful not to overcook it. Cook the shrimp for just a few minutes, until it is pink and opaque.
- Blanch the Broccoli: Blanching the broccoli will help to preserve its鮮豔色澤and crisp texture. To blanch the broccoli, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until it is tender-crisp. Immediately remove the broccoli from the boiling water and place it in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
- Use a Large Skillet: A large skillet will give you plenty of room to cook the shrimp and broccoli without overcrowding them. This will help to ensure that the food cooks evenly.
- Season to Taste: Be sure to season the shrimp and broccoli with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add other seasonings, such as garlic powder, onion powder, or paprika.
Conclusion:
This shrimp broccoli over angel hair pasta dish is a quick and easy weeknight meal that is packed with flavor. The tender shrimp, crisp broccoli, and flavorful angel hair pasta are a perfect combination. This dish is sure to please everyone at the table.
