Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and tools ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling while you're cooking.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh shrimp and sugar snap peas will give your dish the best flavor. Look for shrimp that are firm and translucent, and sugar snap peas that are bright green and crisp.
  • Don't overcook the shrimp: Shrimp cooks very quickly, so be careful not to overcook it. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and rubbery.
  • Add the sugar snap peas at the end: Sugar snap peas cook quickly, so add them to the pan towards the end of cooking. This will help them retain their bright green color and crisp texture.
  • Season to taste: Taste your dish before serving and adjust the seasonings as needed. You may want to add more salt, pepper, or garlic powder.
