Tips:

  • Select fresh and high-quality ingredients: Use succulent and vibrant shrimp, ripe and colorful bell peppers, and flavorful seasonings to ensure the best taste.
  • Properly clean and devein the shrimp: Remove the shells, heads, and veins from the shrimp to ensure a clean and enjoyable eating experience.
  • Marinate the shrimp: Enhance the flavor of the shrimp by marinating them in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, and spices before cooking.
  • Roast the red peppers to perfection: Roast the bell peppers until they are slightly charred and tender, intensifying their natural sweetness and smoky flavor.
  • Cook the shrimp quickly: Overcooking can toughen the shrimp, so cook them just until they turn opaque and pink.
