1 (8 ounce) package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/2 cup sweet butter cream
1 cup chopped green onion top
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of potato soup
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 1/4 ounce) can cream-style corn

  • Then add the green onions and gently simmer them for about 10-12 minutes.

Tips:

  • Use fresh shrimp. Fresh shrimp have a sweeter, more delicate flavor than frozen shrimp. If you're using frozen shrimp, thaw them completely before cooking.
  • Don't overcook the shrimp. Shrimp cook quickly, so it's important to watch them carefully to avoid overcooking. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and rubbery.
  • Use a good quality cream cheese. The cream cheese is one of the main ingredients in this soup, so it's important to use a good quality brand. Look for a cream cheese that is smooth and spreadable.
  • Season the soup to taste. This soup is relatively simple, so it's important to season it to taste. Add salt, pepper, and other seasonings to your liking.
  • Serve the soup hot. This soup is best served hot, so make sure to serve it immediately after it's finished cooking.

Conclusion:

Shrimp and cream cheese soup is a delicious and easy-to-make soup that is perfect for a quick and easy weeknight meal. This soup is also a great way to use up leftover shrimp. With its creamy texture and rich flavor, this soup is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
