1 cup (6 ounces) flaked imitation crabmeat
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup bread crumbs

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix the first 10 ingredients until smooth. Spread in a 9-in. pie plate. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. , Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover and bake 5 minutes more. Serve with crackers, celery sticks or other raw vegetables.

2 tablespoons butter
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
0.5 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of shrimp soup (discard top half and use bottom part of soup)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 lb freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, picked free of any broken shells, drained
6 ounces fresh shrimp or 6 ounces canned shrimp, drained
1/2 teaspoon white pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, onion, and celery and saute for 2 minutes.
