Tips:

  • Use fresh shiitake mushrooms for the best flavor and texture. If you can't find fresh shiitake mushrooms, you can use dried shiitake mushrooms. Be sure to soak them in hot water for at least 30 minutes before using.
  • Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly. This will help them cook evenly and absorb the flavors of the other ingredients.
  • Use a good quality olive oil. This will help to bring out the flavors of the mushrooms and other ingredients.
  • Cook the shiitake mushrooms over medium heat. This will help to prevent them from burning.
  • Add the angel hair pasta to the skillet with the mushrooms and sauce. Stir to combine and cook until the pasta is al dente.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or chives. This will add a pop of color and flavor to the dish.
