1 package (10 to 12 ounces) white baking chips
1 can (16 ounces) or 2 cups vanilla frosting
1 teaspoon cherry or almond extract
4 drops red liquid food coloring

Steps:

  • Line an 8-in. square pan with foil; butter the foil. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chips; stir until smooth. Beat in frosting and extract until smooth. Pour into prepared pan., Randomly place drops of food coloring over fudge; cut through fudge with a knife to swirl. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm before cutting into squares.

1 container (1 lb) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy cherry frosting
1/2 cup chopped red candied cherries (4 oz)
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dash salt

Steps:

  • Line 9-inch square pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. In large microwavable bowl, microwave baking chips uncovered on High 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until melted.
  • Stir frosting into melted chips. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour and spread into pan. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until set.
  • Using foil, lift fudge out of pan; remove foil. Cut into 6 rows by 6 rows. Store tightly covered.

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup coarsely chopped almonds
1/2 cup chopped candied cherries
1 teaspoon almond extract

Steps:

  • In a microwavable bowl, combine milk and chocolate chips. Microwave on high until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred, about 1 minute. Stir in almonds, cherries and extract. Spread evenly in a greased 8-in. square pan. Cover and chill until firm. Cut into squares. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.

1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 large marshmallows
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup lime rind, grated (about 4 limes)
2 tablespoons key lime juice

Steps:

  • Line an 8 x 8 pan with foil and grease the foil with butter.
  • Combine the milk, sugar and salt in a large, heavy saucepan and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil; stirring constantly.
  • Once mixture begins to boil, cook it for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the marshmallows, chocolate, lime rind and lime and mix well until mixture is melted and smooth.
  • Pour into prepared pan and cool completely.
  • Cut into 1 inch squares to serve.

1 egg yolk, UNBEATEN
1 lb confectioners' sugar
1 cup nuts, broken up (your choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla
