Steps:

  • 1. SLICE THE GREEN PEPPER CROSSWISE NEAR THE POINTED END TO GET A SMALL THREE-LOBBED SHAMROCK SHAPE. (IF YOUR PEPPER HAS 4 LOBES YOU GOT A LUCKY CLOVER INSTEAD.)
  • 2. TOAST YOUR ENGLISH MUFFINS, THEN TOP WITH A SLICE OF CHEESE AND THE PEPPER SHAMROCK.

4 slices cheddar cheese
