2 small zucchini
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1-1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
Dash salt and pepper

Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 5-7 minutes or until tender., Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, sesame seeds, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Transfer zucchini to a serving bowl; drizzle with sesame mixture and toss to coat.

Nutrition Facts :

Tips:

  • Use fresh zucchini. Fresh zucchini has a higher water content, which makes for a moister bread. If you're using older zucchini, grate it and then squeeze out the excess moisture before adding it to the batter.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the bread at a moderate temperature. A moderate temperature will help the bread to rise evenly and prevent it from overbrowning.
  • Let the bread cool completely before slicing. Slicing the bread too soon will cause it to crumble.

Conclusion:

This sesame zucchini bread is a delicious and easy-to-make treat that's perfect for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. It's also a great way to use up leftover zucchini. With its moist texture, sweet flavor, and nutty crunch from the sesame seeds, this bread is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
