Tips for Making the Best Sesame Salmon with Orange Slaw:

- When choosing salmon fillets, look for ones that are firm and have a vibrant orange-pink color. - To ensure the salmon cooks evenly, make sure it is about 1 inch thick at its thickest point. - Use a sharp knife to score the skin of the salmon before cooking. This will help the salmon cook more evenly and prevent it from curling up. - To make the orange slaw, use a variety of citrus fruits, such as oranges, grapefruits, and lemons. This will give the slaw a complex and refreshing flavor. - For a tangy and flavorful dressing, whisk together rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and Dijon mustard. - Serve the sesame salmon with orange slaw immediately, or store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
