SESAME NOODLES WITH NAPA CABBAGE
From Vegetarian Times. Good hot or cold. I use Bragg's Liquid Amino Acids for the soy sauce. It's a lot lower sodium.

Steps:
- Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the spaghetti, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
- Melt the peanut butter in a large microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl, 15 to 20 seconds (depending on your microwave). Whisk the honey, tamari, and chili sauce into the peanut butter, then stir in the sesame oil and ginger. Mix in the garlic and green onions and toss with the spaghetti. Top with the sesame seeds.

Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your dish.
- Don't overcook the noodles. They should be cooked al dente, or slightly firm to the bite.
- Use a flavorful dressing. The dressing is what brings all the flavors together in this dish. Make sure it's well-balanced and has a good combination of sweet, sour, and salty flavors.
- Add some protein. This dish can be made with chicken, shrimp, tofu, or even just vegetables. Adding protein will make it more filling and satisfying.
- Serve it immediately. This dish is best served fresh, so don't make it ahead of time.
Conclusion:
Sesame noodles with cabbage is a light, refreshing, and flavorful dish that's perfect for a quick and easy meal. It's also a great way to use up leftover noodles and vegetables. With a few simple ingredients and a little bit of time, you can have a delicious and satisfying meal on the table in no time.
