Tips for Making Sesame Chicken Wraps:

  • Choose the right chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs are the best choices for this recipe. Make sure the chicken is cut into bite-sized pieces so that it cooks evenly.
  • Marinate the chicken: Marinating the chicken in the sesame-soy sauce mixture helps to infuse it with flavor. You can marinate the chicken for as little as 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  • Cook the chicken properly: The chicken should be cooked until it is no longer pink in the center. You can cook the chicken in a skillet, in the oven, or on the grill.
  • Use fresh vegetables: Fresh vegetables add flavor, texture, and nutrients to the wraps. Use a variety of vegetables, such as lettuce, cabbage, carrots, and cucumbers.
  • Make a flavorful sauce: The sauce is what brings all the flavors of the wrap together. Use a combination of soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make a delicious and flavorful sauce.
  • Assemble the wraps: Place a tortilla on a plate and spread some sauce on it. Top with chicken, vegetables, and any other desired toppings. Fold the tortilla up and enjoy!
