1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced

3 red or orange bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 zucchini or yellow squash, cut into 3/4-inch rounds
1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes
Vegetable oil, for grill
Coarse salt and ground pepper

Steps:

1 beef tenderloin (3-4 pounds) (, or other lean cut of beef)
1/2 cup sesame oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
10 garlic cloves (, minced)
4 tbsp grated ginger
1 tsp dried chili flakes
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp black sesame seeds
8 green onions (, sliced)

Steps:

  • Trim the beef tenderloin of any fat and membrane. Cut into 1 inch cubes.
  • Make the marinade by mixing the oils, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and chili flakes together.
