Scrumptious marinade! If you have the time this has the FLAVOR. I have made this recipie a number of times and it always comes out amazing. Even the boyfriend forgoes the streak sauce when I make this. You can marinade a short few hours but if you have the 24 hours this is the marinade you've been waiting for!

Tips:

  • Choose the right marinade: Different marinades work best for different types of meat. For example, acidic marinades (such as those made with vinegar, citrus juice, or yogurt) are good for tenderizing tough cuts of meat, while oil-based marinades (such as those made with olive oil, canola oil, or sesame oil) are good for adding flavor and moisture to leaner cuts of meat.
  • Marinate the meat for the right amount of time: The longer you marinate the meat, the more flavor it will absorb. However, marinating the meat for too long can also make it tough. As a general rule, marinate the meat for at least 30 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.
  • Use a food-safe container: When marinating meat, it is important to use a food-safe container. This will help to prevent the marinade from contaminating the meat.
  • Keep the meat cold: Meat should be marinated in the refrigerator. This will help to prevent the growth of bacteria.
  • Discard the marinade: After the meat has been marinated, discard the marinade. This will help to prevent the growth of bacteria.

Conclusion:

Marinating meat is a great way to add flavor and moisture to your favorite dishes. By following these tips, you can create delicious and flavorful marinades that will make your next meal a hit. So, next time you're looking for a way to spice up your dinner, try marinating your meat. You won't be disappointed!
