Tips:
- Seafood Selection: Choose high-quality and fresh seafood for the best flavor and texture. You can use a combination of shrimp, lobster, crab, or any other seafood you prefer.
- Tortillas: Use sturdy tortillas that can hold up well when layering the lasagna. Corn tortillas are a traditional choice, but you can also use flour tortillas or even gluten-free tortillas.
- Cheese: A blend of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses is a classic choice for lasagna, but you can also experiment with other cheeses such as ricotta, cheddar, or fontina.
- Sauce: Use a flavorful and creamy sauce for the lasagna. A simple béchamel sauce made with milk, butter, and flour is a good option, or you can use a store-bought Alfredo sauce or even a tomato-based sauce.
- Cooking Time: Be sure to cook the lasagna until it is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly. The cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the lasagna and the type of oven you are using.
