2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 small onions, sliced
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and salt until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened., In a greased 1-qt. baking dish, layer the potatoes and onions. Pour white sauce over the top. Cover and bake at 350° for 65-75 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with bacon.

8 red potatoes
1 cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
¾ cup crumbled cooked bacon
½ cup diced red onion
2 cups shredded American cheese
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Slice potatoes with skins on into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place the potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until tender, 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry for a minute or two.

10 slice bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
5 c peeled and thinly sliced russet potatoes
1/2 c chopped onion
4 Tbsp flour, divided
1 tsp salt, divided
1/2 tsp pepper, divided
4 Tbsp butter
2 c whole milk

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the inside of a 2-quart casserole baking dish.
  • 2. Place half the potatoes and onion inside the baking dish.
  • 3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper over the potatoes.
