Tips:

  • To ensure the pork chops are cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check that they have reached an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • If you don't have evaporated milk, you can use whole milk instead. Just be sure to reduce the amount of butter or oil you use, as whole milk is richer than evaporated milk.
  • For a cheesy scalloped pork chop combo, sprinkle some shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese on top of the pork chops before baking.
  • To add more flavor to the dish, try using seasoned bread crumbs instead of plain bread crumbs. You can also add some chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary.
  • If you want a crispy crust on the pork chops, be sure to brown them well in the skillet before transferring them to the baking dish.

Conclusion:

Scalloped pork chop combo is a classic comfort food dish that is easy to make and always a hit with the family. The tender pork chops, creamy sauce, and crispy topping make this a dish that everyone will love. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy weeknight meal, give this scalloped pork chop combo a try. You won't be disappointed!
