Nutrition Facts : ServingSize 1 Serving

Tips:

  • Use fresh eggs: Fresh eggs will give your soup a richer flavor and creamier texture.
  • Use high-quality scallions: Scallions are the star of this soup, so make sure you use the freshest and most flavorful ones you can find.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan: When cooking the eggs, don't overcrowd the pan or they will steam instead of fry.
  • Season to taste: Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. You can also add a little bit of soy sauce or rice vinegar for extra flavor.
  • Serve immediately: Egg drop soup is best served immediately after it is made. The eggs will continue to cook in the hot soup, so if you let it sit for too long, they will become overcooked and tough.

Conclusion:

Scallion egg drop soup is a delicious and easy-to-make soup that is perfect for a quick and light meal. It is also a great way to use up leftover eggs and scallions. This soup is sure to please everyone at your table, and it is a great way to warm up on a cold day.
