6 -8 lamb chops
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1 cup water
1 tablespoon tomato sauce or 1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon mixed spice
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs

Steps:

  • Trim as much of the fat off the chops as possible and place meat in casserole dish, mix ingrediants together and pour over meat.
  • Bake at 150 degrees celcius for 3-4 hours.
  • Great for tough meat, just cook for longer.
