½ cup chicken stock
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup orange juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
¼ cup chicken stock
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

1 1/2 tablespoons butter
