Tips:

  • Use fresh zucchini. Fresh zucchini has a higher water content than older zucchini, which will help keep the bread moist.
  • Grate the zucchini. Grating the zucchini will help it distribute evenly throughout the bread and will also help it cook more quickly.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the bread tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the bread at a high temperature. Baking the bread at a high temperature will help it rise and will also give it a crispy crust.
  • Let the bread cool before slicing. Letting the bread cool before slicing will help prevent it from crumbling.

Conclusion:

Savory zucchini bisquick bread is a delicious and easy-to-make bread that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is also a great way to use up extra zucchini. This bread is moist and flavorful, with a crispy crust. It can be served plain, with butter, or with your favorite toppings.
