2 lbs fresh sea scallops, cut into quarters
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup white wine
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh chives (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 lb angel hair pasta (cooked according to package directions)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

Steps:

  • Rinse scallops in cold water, drain.
  • Add butter to large skillet and melt over low heat.
  • Add Scallops& cook over medium high heat 5 to 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Remove scallops using a slotted spoon and set aside.

1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
8 ounces angel hair pasta, uncooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces clam juice
1 teaspoon olive oil, for scallops
16 ounces fresh sea scallops, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
