3 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder (use a semi-heaping tablespoon!)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons black pepper (can use 1 teaspoon)
1 -2 large green onion, finely chopped (can use more)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
1/4 cup old cheddar cheese, finely grated

1-1/2 teaspoons butter
1/2 cup biscuit/baking mix
1-1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
