SAVORY GRILLED STEAK WITH BLEU CHEESE GARLIC BUTTER
Our local grocery store sometimes will have chefs prepare sample dishes & this was one of them. I find that a little butter goes a long way, so I've been able to reduce the amount by half & there is still plenty of savory flavor to top your steak with. For those watching carb content it is 6 net carbs. You will probably have some left over Bleu Cheese Garlic Butter & once you taste it, you'll think of many things beside steak you'll want to add it too.

Tips:
- Choose the right steak: For this recipe, a well-marbled steak like a ribeye or strip steak works best. These cuts have more flavor and will remain juicy during grilling.
- Season the steak generously: Don't be afraid to season the steak liberally with salt and pepper. This will help to enhance the natural flavor of the meat.
- Let the steak rest before grilling: After seasoning the steak, let it rest for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the seasonings to penetrate the meat and will also help to prevent the steak from becoming tough.
- Grill the steak over high heat: When grilling the steak, start with high heat to sear the outside of the meat. This will help to lock in the juices and create a flavorful crust.
- Use a meat thermometer: To ensure that the steak is cooked to your desired doneness, use a meat thermometer. The internal temperature of the steak should be 135°F for medium-rare, 145°F for medium, and 155°F for medium-well.
- Let the steak rest after grilling: After grilling the steak, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful steak.
Conclusion:
This savory grilled steak with bleu cheese garlic butter is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a special occasion or a weeknight meal. The combination of the juicy steak, flavorful bleu cheese, and creamy garlic butter is sure to please everyone at the table.
