A variant on traditional bulgur tabbouleh. Great to serve at potlucks because it can be served cold or warm! Even better left over! The longer it sits, the more the flavors meld together.

Tips

  • Use fresh, high-quality ingredients. This will make a big difference in the flavor of your tabbouleh.
  • Wash the couscous thoroughly before cooking. This will remove any dirt or debris.
  • Use a fork to fluff the couscous after it has been cooked. This will help to prevent it from becoming clumpy.
