1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
3 Tbsp + 1 tsp unsalted butter (, diced into 1 Tbsp pieces)
1/2 tsp honey
2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
Lemon slices for garnish ((optional))

Steps:

  • Remove salmon fillets from refrigerator and allow to rest at room temperature 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the garlic lemon butter sauce. In a small saucepan, melt 1 tsp butter over medium heat.

Celtic sea salt and pepper
3 tablespoons grass fed unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons roughly chopped flat leaf parsley
2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • Rinse the fish fillets and blot dry with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat butter in wide sauté pan over medium low heat. Once butter has begun to foam, place the fish into the pan.

1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
