1 pound bulk pork sausage
2 cups shredded Colby cheese
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 medium sweet red pepper, chopped

1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Steps:

  • Lightly press wonton wrappers onto the bottoms and up the sides of greased miniature muffin cups. Bake at 350° until edges are browned, about 5 minutes., In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. 1 pound sausage
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped black olives, drained
1 cup Ranch-style salad dressing

1 lb bulk breakfast sausage, browned, rinsed and drained. (I prefer Bob Evans, brown it in 1 cup water to make small crumbles)
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise or 1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1 cup shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
50 wonton wrappers

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Press won tons into muffin or mini cup cake pans and bake 3-4 minutes, until stiff.

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced black olives
1/2 cup shopped red bell pepper
1 cup ranch salad dressing
48 wonton wrappers
vegetable oil cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350º.
  • Blot cooked sausage with paper towels to remove grease and combine with cheeses, olives, peppers and salad dressing.
